Paying in Morocco
Everything is paid in cash, in dirhams, when the order arrives. We don't accept cards or foreign currency, and drivers don't always carry change for large notes. Have small notes ready if you can, or mention it in your message and the driver will get change before arriving.
If you've just landed and have no dirhams yet, tell us. We can arrange a trip to an ATM so you settle everything in one go.
Hotels, riads and holiday rentals
Most establishments in Founty, the Marina and Talborjt accept deliveries, but each has its own rules. Some let the driver come up, others require handover at reception, others ask the guest to come down.
To avoid waiting, give three things: the exact name of the hotel or residence, your room or apartment number, and your phone number. The driver calls on arrival and follows whatever the reception allows. If you're in a gated residence with a guard, say so.
Language
Write in English, French or Arabic. We reply in the language you use. English is no problem at any hour.
